I know what it’s like to push yourself too far — to overthink every decision, over-prepare for every outcome, and chase perfection at all costs. For years, I lived in that tension: the drive to excel and the exhaustion that came with it. I watched other brilliant leaders do the same, slowly burning out while trying to live up to impossible standards: be tireless, be flawless, be endlessly productive.

It was in that struggle that I discovered the most powerful truth about leadership: the real advantage isn’t in doing everything perfectly — it’s in staying fully human.

Today, I help leaders reclaim that human edge in an AI-driven world. I guide them to lead with courage, clarity, and connection — to trust their judgment, embrace emotion, and build relationships that technology can’t replicate.
